Role: Assistant Manager - Technical

Responsibilities

:

Lead and mentor the support team to ensure timely and effective customer assistance. Act as the escalation point for critical customer issues and provide advanced troubleshooting. Conduct training programs, workshops, and onboarding sessions for customers on SOLIDWORKS and related applications. Support implementation, upgrades, and customization of SOLIDWORKS and PDM/3DEXPERIENCE solutions to meet customer needs. Collaborate with the sales team to drive multi-product adoption Handle objections during renewal or expansion discussions with technical expertise. Develop and maintain technical content like best practices, knowledge base articles, and training materials. Manage implementations and ensure smooth customer adoption of new features and software updates. Should travel with team members on proactive basis as joint visits for customer rapport and training the team Stay updated with the latest SOLIDWORKS portfolio, certifications, and Dassault Systemes best practices.

Qualifications:

With 5+ Years of Industry experience Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile, Aeronautical Strong understanding of engineering principles and design methodologies Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently Effective communication skills to conduct training sessions or workshops Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Willingness to travel across and within the assigned territory for Customer meetings

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
