:Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced Access Control Technical Expert to provide advanced technical support, pre-sales assistance, and project implementation guidance for access control and security solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in access control systems, CCTV, fire alarm systems, and security hardware, along with experience in technical support, training, and business development.Location : PuneKey Responsibilities:Technical Support & Implementationxe2x88x99 Provide Level 2 & Level 3 technical support for access control, CCTV, and security solutions.xe2x88x99 Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to access control systems including software and electrified hardware.xe2x88x99 Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and provide immediate resolutions.xe2x88x99 Assist system integrators with installation, commissioning, and maintenance of security systems.Pre-Sales & Business Supportxe2x88x99 Collaborate with the Business Development team to provide pre-sales support, including design, BOQ preparation, Customer POCxe2x80x99s and compliance checks.xe2x88x99 Support the business development team in expanding security solutions and customer base.Training & Competency Developmentxe2x88x99 Conduct technical training for internal teams, business partners, and system integrators.xe2x88x99 Provide certification training on access control and security solutions.xe2x88x99 Assist in competency development for service teams and partners.RequirementsRequired Qualifications & Skills:Technical Expertisexe2x88x99 CCTV & Video Systems: Knowledge of other related elv systems like CCTV, BMS, PA etc.xe2x88x99 Hardware & Security Devices: Understanding of electrified locks, drop bolts, EM locks, and SVP locks.xe2x88x99 Strong knowledge of networking, security protocols, and integrations with Active Directory.Education & Certificationsxe2x88x99 B.E. in Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering or related field.xe2x88x99 Certifications in security systems, or technical support (preferred).Soft Skillsxe2x88x99 Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.xe2x88x99 Strong collaboration and stakeholder management.xe2x88x99 Quick learner with the ability to work in fast-paced environments.Why Join Us?xe2x88x99 Work with cutting-edge security technologies in access control & surveillance.xe2x88x99 Opportunity to support large-scale security projects across industries.xe2x88x99 Growth opportunities in technical leadership & business development.
