As a Sr. Sales Executive - IT for EC's Technology Solutions your focus must be on identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships, and driving revenue growth for the organization's technology products or services. This role combines sales, marketing, and strategic planning to expand the company's market presence and reach.


Role & Responsibilities:

Product and Solution Knowledge

: Maintain a deep understanding of the company's technology products, services, and solutions to provide relevant insights to clients and conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase how the solutions address specific customer needs.

Cold Calling

: Reach out to 50-80 new prospects daily across target industries to introduce our solutions and secure discovery calls.

Cold Email Campaigns

: Craft, test, and send personalized email sequences to decision-makers and influencers.

LinkedIn Outreach

: Connect, engage, and follow up with prospects via LinkedIn using tailored messaging and content.

Lead Research

: Identify potential leads through tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc., and enrich data for outreach.

Database Management

: Maintain and regularly update lead records using Excel spreadsheets. This includes tracking lead activity, contact details, follow-ups, and engagement status to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Appointment Setting

: Schedule qualified meetings and demos for the sales team.

Lead Generation and Prospecting

: Identify and qualify new business leads with key decision-makers and stakeholders, including C-level executives, to understand their needs and position the company's technology solutions effectively.

Reporting

: Track metrics (calls made, emails sent, meetings booked) and share weekly performance reports.

Skills & experience required to Succeed in this role:

3 to 5 years of experience required Cold calling and network building skills with proven track record is a must Understanding of IT Industry for Indian market and existing contacts of decision makers Hands-on knowledge with CRM and Lead-gen tools like Apollo, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator etc. Ability and confidence to soak pressure and deliver revenue targets is critical Degree (Bachelors, Masters) in any field Post-Graduation / MBA preferred
