Job Description
Job Location: Ahmedabad : Tasting: Marking of catalogues for teas to be selected for dry leaf appearance. Evaluating teas for all North India and South India centres for the CTC category mainly. Handling all allied activities w.r.t tea tasting. Auction portfolio: Handling e-auction buying effectively. Understand the buying instructions for executing the same. Direct Interaction with agents w.r.t. explaining buying instructions depending on markets. Reading of the market - prices, buyers operating, demand etc. and reporting the same Update corrections on hourly session basis purchases made. Handling of sampling, tasting plan, buying order execution etc. for the centre assigned. Private channel sourcing: Handling marks for operating privately on a contract basis as per assignment. Proper Liasoning with the assigned agents and producers for sourcing of teas effectively and as per the advise of the head of the department. Dispatches: Coordinating despatches effectively. Liasoning with agents and transporter for keeping track on pending dispatches. Liasoning with the Logistics team to ensure smooth despatches.\' Contact Person: Ami Soni (9898687708)
