Assistant Manager - Tea Factory

Location

: Sonajuri, Udalguri, Darrang

Reports to

: Factory Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise the entire tea manufacturing process.

Assist in optimizing machine operations, ensuring that production machinery is properly maintained and functioning.

Monitor the quality of raw tea leaves and processed tea to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.

Oversee the sorting and grading process, ensuring that tea is sorted according to quality grades

Oversee the storage and inventory management of raw tea leaves, processed tea, and packaging materials.

Educational Requirements & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Agricultural Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in tea manufacturing, production, or quality control.
