Responsibilities & Key Deliverablesxc3x82xc2x93xc3x82xc2x95 Ensure production plan implementation and deployment of resources as per schedule requirement.
xc3x82xc2x95 Ensure daily production targets in respective Assy. line.
xc3x82xc2x95 Ensure quality targets with respect to in process quality checks, quality checks and customer concerns
xc3x82xc2x95 Ensure utilization of workforce planned EWT as per MOST. The candidate must have knowledge of calculating work content and manpower deployment.
xc3x82xc2x95 To improve productivity of the department.
xc3x82xc2x95 Ensure implementation of the new initiatives at the respective Assy. Lines e.g. TPM, Cost reduction, to reduce NVA's and others.
xc3x82xc2x95 Ensure FIFO and roll down to RFD lead-time and control WIP.
xc3x82xc2x95 Keep track of vehicles in terms of PDI/RFD, WIP and stock and liasioning with marketing.
xc3x82xc2x95 Resolving day to day production, quality and labour issues.
xc3x82xc2x95 Undertake facility planning to meet the CPPC budget.
xc3x82xc2x95 Knowledge on DCP

• Preparing and implementing action plans for line balancing and layout changes in order to maximize the output
