Inviting applications for the role of

Assistant Manager - Taxation

A tax professional with relevant experience in US GAAP tax accounting (ASC 740), including current tax, deferred tax, and FIN 48 reserves. The candidate should also

have an understanding of

U.S. corporate income tax and transfer pricing principles.

Responsibilities

Quarterly (10Q) and Annual (10k) tax reporting, including review of information received from regional teams and preparation/review of Quarterly and annual tax packs,

Collate and coordinate information from various stakeholders for the preparation and finalization of quarterly and annual tax reporting files

Manage SOX audits as part of quarterly and year-end tax close process

Coordinate with the finance team to gather the information required for the preparation of US federal and state corporate income tax returns

Collate information and support for the preparation of local transfer pricing reports, primarily for US and Canada region.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

CA

Relevant work experience in US tax reporting, tax compliance and transfer pricing.

International tax exposure

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills along with good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Should have ability to work under strict deadlines in a dynamic/ fast-paced business environment while being a good team player.
