Job Description

Production Management

Assist in planning and scheduling daily production activities to meet targets.

Monitor machine performance and coordinate timely maintenance.

Ensure raw material availability and manage inventory levels.

Support implementation of lean manufacturing and process improvement initiatives.

Quality Control

Ensure products meet quality standards and customer specifications.

Collaborate with the quality assurance team for inspections and corrective actions.

Maintain documentation for ISO or other quality certifications.

Team Management

Supervise and guide production supervisors, operators, and support staff.

Conduct training sessions to improve skills and safety awareness.

Resolve workplace issues and maintain a positive work environment.

Operations & Reporting

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.

Analyze production data to identify efficiency gaps and suggest improvements.

Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics departments for smooth operations.

Safety & Compliance

Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.

Conduct safety audits and implement preventive measures.

Promote sustainable practices and waste reduction initiatives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
