Coordinate with hiring managers to identify manpower needs
Sourcing of relevant profiles through social media, resume databases, professional networks etc.,
Check feasibility & implement Employee Background verification process
Create talent pool through the Apprenticeship (Engineers/ ITI) & Internships (Management/ Supervisory roles)
Create Talent pipe line and create succession planning process to ensure the continuity of work for niche & critical roles
Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
Compile lists of most-suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references
Attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline
Maintain soft records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related paperwork, to share with key stakeholders
Conduct exit interviews & Suggest measures for improving employee engagement and retention
Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?500,000.00 - ?550,000.00 per year
