Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Support

Ensure seamless recruitment operations by coordinating with hiring managers, candidates, and external vendors to deliver a positive and inclusive candidate experience. Source diverse talent pools through recruitment portals, consultants, and social networking platforms, ensuring alignment with DEIB objectives.

DEIB

Embed DEIB principles in recruitment strategy, ensuring job descriptions, advertisements, and outreach campaigns are inclusive and accessible. Monitor and report diversity metrics within the hiring pipeline to identify gaps and recommend corrective actions.

Drive Global

programs that build inclusive leadership and cultural awareness.

Joining Procedures

Arranging email id, ID card, system, business card, seating for the new joinee in corporate. Informing L&D for induction of new joinee in Corporate. Administrative duties and recordkeeping.

HR Systems & Reporting

Use & drive efficiency of Talent Acquisition systems i.e. ATS, Enboarder Act as a SPOC for ATS & Onboarding systems Career Marketplace Champion for the country
