The Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition will be responsible for managing and executing end-to-end recruitment activities for both
IT and Non-IT functions
across the organization. The role involves strategic sourcing, team leadership, stakeholder management, and ensuring quality hires within defined timelines. The ideal candidate should have 5-6 years of relevant experience in a high-volume recruitment environment.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle -- from manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.

Develop tailored hiring strategies for different domains to ensure timely closures.
2. Sourcing & Talent Pipeline
Utilize multiple channels -- job portals, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals -- to attract top talent.
Build a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
Drive campus hiring and walk-in drives when required.
3. Stakeholder & Vendor Management
Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand role requirements and skill expectations.
Manage and coordinate with recruitment vendors, consultants, and job boards.
Provide regular hiring analytics, dashboards, and insights to management.
4. Process Improvement & Compliance
Maintain recruitment MIS reports and monitor key metrics like TAT, offer-to-join ratio, and source efficiency.
Ensure adherence to organizational policies and compliance requirements.
Contribute to process enhancements and automation in recruitment systems.
5. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
Promote company culture and values throughout the hiring process.
Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
Participate in employer branding initiatives, career fairs, and digital recruitment campaigns.
6. Team Management (if applicable)
Supervise and guide a team of recruiters for daily hiring activities.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to improve team productivity.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Proven experience in
both IT and Non-IT recruitment
.
Strong understanding of different hiring methodologies (lateral, bulk, campus, niche).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRMS tools, and MS Excel.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5-6 years of experience
in Talent Acquisition, with exposure to both IT and Non-IT domains.
Prior experience in BPO / ITES / Corporate hiring environments preferred.
Strong network of candidates and recruitment vendors across domains.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
