Position Overview:
The Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition will be responsible for executing end-to-end recruitment for Blue Dart's Corporate Office and select critical regional roles across all employee bands. The role involves sourcing, screening, interview coordination, job postings, IJP management, vendor onboarding for IT contract staffing, and supporting smooth onboarding. The incumbent will work closely with the Manager - Talent Acquisition, business stakeholders, and regional HR teams to ensure timely and high quality hiring outcomes, maintain compliance, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
Job Purpose:
To manage and execute recruitment operations for corporate positions, HO roles, and critical region-specific roles while ensuring adherence to manpower plans, recruitment SLAs, TAT norms, and audit compliance. The role emphasizes sourcing efficiency, diversity hiring, process discipline, candidate experience, and accurate recruitment MIS.
