ABOUT THE ROLE
The Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple business units, ensuring timely closures and outstanding candidate experience. This role requires strong operational execution, stakeholder engagement, MIS expertise, and vendor governance. The incumbent will work closely with hiring managers and external partners to build scalable recruitment operations and support the organization's growth strategy.
