Recruitment Strategy & Planning:

Collaborate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and develop job descriptions. Design and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent for various roles. Manage and prioritize hiring requests and open positions across the organization.

Candidate Sourcing:

Use various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, internal referrals) to source candidates. Leverage creative sourcing techniques to build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. Screen resumes and applications to identify top candidates.

Interview Process:

Coordinate and conduct initial phone screenings and interviews. Schedule interviews and facilitate feedback sessions with hiring managers. Provide guidance to hiring managers on interview best practices and effective candidate evaluations.

Candidate Experience:

Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Maintain clear and open communication with candidates regarding interview updates, job offers, and feedback.

Offer Negotiation & Onboarding:

Extend job offers to selected candidates, negotiating compensation and benefits as needed. Ensure smooth transition from offer acceptance to the onboarding process. Provide ongoing support for new hires during their integration into the company.

Data & Reporting:

Maintain and update recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire. Prepare and present regular recruitment reports to senior management.

Employer Branding:

Collaborate with the marketing team to promote [Company Name] as an employer of choice. Attend job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to build the company's brand in the talent market.
