Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition - 4+ Years - Gurgaon
We are looking for Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition who will be responsible to close positions in healthcare analytics roles for a leading global leader in BPM Segment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to manage end to end recruitment in niche hiring with strong people management skills
Location: Gurgaon

Responsibilities: * Driving end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding in Healthcare analytics roles

• Collaborating with hiring managers to develop tailored hiring strategies based on specific job requirements.
• Managing sourcing via platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
• Conducting salary negotiations and ensure timely offer closures.
• Building a robust talent pipeline and share market insights with stakeholders.

Requirements: * 3+ years of experience in recruitment with a minimum of 2 years in analytics hiring.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in Healthcare/Consulting Companies is required
• Strong people management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Excellent multitasking skills with the ability to handle multiple requisitions.
• Solid background in sourcing for analytics-driven roles.
