Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Plan and execute all India Marketing operations India related systems and tools tasks.
Support GTM tasks to secure an effective and efficient GTM calendar & process
Key Responsibilities:
Seasonal maintenance of orderbook, cluster line list to be reported to various stakeholders in the organization
Maintaining updated data repository and report seasonal metrics like margin analysis, Gender, Source, Category, division etc.
India Key user for SAP, Adispeed
Support in season sample management, system article readiness
Support the Marketing operations lead in systems related Brand projects, plan EM GTM timelines for system & tools related tasks
Drive operational alignment across all marketing systems & tools
Collaborate across different teams in order to manage timely delivery of milestones
Key Relationships:
MOPS- Senior Manager, India
CTC and Brand adidas team
EM CTC, MOPS and BU Teams
Merchandising & Channel teams
SCM & Sourcing
Finance & Demand Planning
Customer service
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
University degree in Business/Data management or a minimum of 3-5 years equivalent professional experience, ideally in data analytic & management
Advanced excel & powerpoint, SAP, Power BI, Microstrategy & ability to adapt & learn master internal IT analysis
Structured, organised and process orientated way of working.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
High level of collaboration.
