Job Summary


Description Delivery of Operational Risk system support on a timely and accurate manner within agreed SLA and leading the teams to ensure such a delivery Key Roles & Responsibilities Understand the nuances of OR Reports and terminologies (Process, Risk , Key controls and Residual risk). Promote understanding, practice, and culture of Operational Risk within the team Provide training on OR systems to the users / global community Ensure integrity of source and document the process such that it acts as reference document Ensure all change impacting Operational Risk communities are well communicated to team as well as reflected in reports Maintain up to date Departmental Operating Instruction and other documents in connection with reporting for which the team is responsible

Key Responsibilities


A person with 5 - 6 years of experience in OR and Stakeholder Management Good Excel and Power Point knowledge Good communication skills Data analysis and reporting skills A team player who enjoys working with people at all levels as well as being able to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines. Knowledge in Operational/Credit/Market Risk and MS Access would be an added advantage Continuous Improvement in Productivity to the standards prescribed from time to time. Ensure that all management information is produced in line with the defined schedule and quality
