This role includes procurement, imports coordination, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, distributor management, PI & documentation handling, e-commerce fulfilment, B2B client coordination, stockist management, and daily MIS reporting.
The position will supervise a
team of 2-3 members
and ensure
process discipline, timely operations, zero stock-outs, and operational excellence
.
Key Responsibilities
1. Day-to-Day Supply Chain Operations
Manage daily operations across
EDPL, HLYWD MD, and CliniNeo
.
Track order status, follow-up with clients, clinics, and distributors.
Ensure timely procurement, material movement, and stock availability.
Maintain daily MIS for B2B, B2C, retail consumption.
2. Client management
Ensure accurate PO creation, PI management, GRN closure & invoice reconciliation.
3. Inventory Management & Control
Monitor inventory levels using ERP (Wondersoft / Dynamics 365 / Business Central).
Establish minimum stock levels and reorder points.
Oversee consumption tracking for clinics, warehouses, and distributors.
Implement FEFO/FIFO and ensure no stock-outs or overstocking.
4. Warehouse & Dispatch Management
Oversee inward, outward, storage, binning, and warehouse hygiene.
Validate stock accuracy through cycle counts and routine reconciliation.
Optimize dispatch routing and cost-effective courier selection.
Ensure safe handling of skincare, consumables, and specialised equipment.
5. Logistics & Documentation
Coordinate daily dispatches: clinics, distributors, stockists, e-commerce, and inter-company.
Prepare and verify
Manage daily order fulfilment: picking, packing, dispatch.
Maintain portal inventory accuracy and stock sync.
Monitor RTO, cancellations, customer complaints & refund cases.
Ensure SLA compliance and timely order delivery.
7. Stockist & Distributor Management (EDPL)
Coordinate with stockists & distributors for stock movement and replenishment.
Monitor stock levels, expiry, and reorder alerts.
Handle billing, dispatch, tracking, and dispute resolution.
Maintain weekly stockist MIS reports.
Conduct stock audits across warehouses, clinics, and stockists.
Track near-expiry and implement clearance plans.
Support demand forecasting using consumption, sales, and historic trends.
Submit weekly and monthly MIS reports for management review.
10. Team Management
Lead, guide, and monitor a team of
2-3 SCM executives
.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, timelines, and reporting formats.
Conduct training for new team members.
Drive overall process improvement and automation.
Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of healthcare/dermatology/aesthetic supply chain operations.
Expertise in procurement, vendor management & negotiation.
Solid experience in inventory, warehousing, and logistics.
Knowledge of import procedures, CHA coordination & documentation.
Experience with e-commerce fulfilment and marketplace portals.
Strong command of Excel, MIS, and analytical reporting.
Excellent communication, follow-up, and coordination skills.
Problem-solving and ability to manage high-volume operations.
