Designation - Assistant Manager - Supply Chain Management

:

Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers for Drone components and accessories. Establish strong sourcing partnerships with suppliers across globe. Analyze procurement costs and implement cost reduction strategies for Drone product components. Conduct spend analysis, perform total cost of ownership (TCO) evaluations, and track savings Collaborate with internal departments like engineering, design, production, and supply chain to understand requirements and meet product development timelines. Maintain cost competitiveness while ensuring consistent quality and supply reliability. Collaborate closely with engineering, production, and product development teams to align sourcing strategies with technical and business needs. Ensure timely communication of material updates, availability, and market trends. Support new product development (NPD) projects through proactive component sourcing. Logistics & Compliance Handling including Customs clearance Annual Negotiations & Contract Finalization with vendors Implement Budgeting & Control measures on materials spend. Process enhancements & Strengthening of SCM activities Obsolescence management handling, Product Development Life Cycle skills Product/Components Taxation & HSN/SAC Code Knowledge BoM costing & Bidding to meet sales competitions. BoM Risk & Mitigations Plan & Execution skills Work exposure of Forecasting & Planning of minimum 5-6 years Managerial skills with minimum 3 years of experience.

Skills:

Strong negotiation and communication skills. Strategic Sourcing & vendor Development Analytical mindset and data-driven decision making. Proficiency in Strategic sourcing software and data analysis tools.

Education :

B.E Electronics with MBA in Supply Chain preferred
