Context/Scope:

The Supplier Experience (SE) Tower is responsible for ensuring that the Source To Pay (STP) processes - spanning Sourcing, Ordering, Invoicing and Payment activities, across Tactical Procurement, PTP, and T&E process areas - are operating effectively & efficiently, are effectively managed and drive value for Diageo, as well as ensuring the control agenda (SOX compliance) across all areas.

The SE Strategy and Enablement team is responsible for managing & delivering the STP elements of Diageo\xe2\x80\x99s Project Portfolio, including supporting the expansion of the Shared Services/STP Tower footprint across existing and new service lines. Diageo\xe2\x80\x99s Project Portfolio will include Transition Projects, SBM Projects and Local/Regional/Global Process Improvements, spanning all applications and processes within the STP scope - including COUPA, SAP and Concur. The STP Strategy and Enablement team will manage & deliver these Projects using the PACE Agile methodology

This role is part of the STP Strategy and Enablement team and is responsible for providing Customer Experience transformation support for our centralised query management tool called Supplier Service Hb and Subject Matter Expertise to deliver against Diageo\xe2\x80\x99s Project Portfolio \xe2\x80\x93 typically through analyse and design and execution.

The role requires good system and E2E STP process understanding, Governance/KPI framework requisite for STP, Compliance, SOX controls and will work closely with the STP management team. The role will be a business partner with STP Service Delivery and STP Systems teams across the STP global landscape. The role will also require good relationships with key stakeholders across the markets at all levels.

The role requires good leadership capabilities in the field of taking ownership, driving changes, visibility and stakeholder management due to the nature of the supported markets

The role is global role responsible for driving the transformation of our centralized support desk within Supplier experience. The STP Strategy and Enablement team has a global remit across STP Systems & Processes servicing most of Diageo\xe2\x80\x99s markets and users across all regions including Europe, NAM, LAC, Africa and APAC

Financial:

Role to support Diageo\xe2\x80\x99s performance ambition along with SE tower performance promise.

Market Complexity:

The initiatives driven by the Strategy and Enablement team have a large foot print - across STP Systems & Processes servicing most of Diageo\xe2\x80\x99s markets and users across all regions including Europe, NAM, LAC, Africa and APAC.

Relationships:

  • Cross Business: Global, Regional and In-market Teams, Global IS Community including Programme/Project teams, Project stakeholders as well as other Process teams (Financial Control, E2E Commercial, Data).
  • Internal: STP Service Delivery, STP Governance, STP Systems Admin teams across Budapest, Bogota, Bangalore and Manila.
  • External: 3rd Party IS Service providers (eg. Infosys, TCS)
These relationships will encompass people based in a variety of locations and across multiple cultures, languages and time-zones

Purpose of Role:
This role will lead two portfolios.

1.Lead the digital initiatives for Customer Experience in SE. This includes projects like Supplier Service Hub transformation, reduction of query volumes etc . Primary responsibilities include the F24 ambition of reducing the query volume from users and suppliers to 50% . Will also support the improvisation of the query management platform to ensure it is a user friendly experience to our internal & external Users

2.Support our Procurement initiative of establishing a user friendly buying channel framework and guidance for our users , friendly content management and help guides for users etc

Qualifications and Experience Required:
  • University / College degree in finance / business
  • 12+ Years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Shared services with majority of experience in STP domain
  • Maintain great relationships with internal stakeholders and communicate in the right way. Stand for process quality and compliance
  • Ability to negotiate and persuade clients and colleagues at all levels
  • Excellent communication skills and influencing skills dealing with stakeholders
  • Strong functional knowledge in User experience, Ticketing management, Design thinking concepts , Automation tools and methodologies
  • Self-confident, assertive, accurate and pays attention to details.
