Bachelor's or master's degree with a concentration in marketing.
At least five to eight (5-8) years of sales and marketing experience. :

  • We are looking for high-performing candidates with extensive experience in selling educational sales services and to lead the sales team as senior Head.
  • The successful candidate will lead the sales function at Inspiria Knowledge Campus, responsible for developing key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve our client acquisition.
  • Duties include hitting admission targets, building relationships, understanding the Market and promoting brands.
Job Specification:
  • Creating & Converting leads from different sources of marketing activities
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or job fairs
  • Build and maintain client relations
  • Work with internal departments such as the Marketing or Product teams to engage audiences and clients more deeply
  • Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets
  • Possess deep knowledge of business product offering and value proposition
  • Follow organizational policies and regulations that affect the Sales department
  • Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities
  • Be a brand ambassador and reflect company values at all times
  • Support Field Sales Team to include team selling and multi-artist eventing
  • Provide in-the-field coaching in presentation skills, relationship building, prospecting, product knowledge, sales techniques and customer service for the purpose of increasing revenue and driving sales
  • Brand Ambassador for Inspiria and subject matter expert
  • Facilitate Train the Trainers, store leadership conferences, trade shows, and high-level training and events
  • Help develop Sales, Training/Education and Merchandising tools to support the efforts and success of our Field Sales Programs in multiple channels (PRO, Retail, E-Commerce, International)
  • Respond timely, efficiently, thoughtfully and thoroughly to all inquiries related to training and in-depth product knowledge
  • Assist in the execution of Promotional Programs
  • Other duties and tasks as assigned by Management Team
  • Expand the brand value across the market & Conduct educational events & expos by direct marketing activities.
Responsibilities:
  • Meeting or exceeding annual sales requirements within assigned territory(Darjeeling, Kalimpong, Kurseong & Sikkim) and accounts
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our reach.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Effectively communicate through proposals and presentations
  • Understand category-specific trends.
Requirements:
  • 5-8 years of experience in Sales Leadership and business development roles.
  • Working experience from Educational Services would be an advantage.
  • Candidate Should Have Two Wheeler With License Is a must. It's a Great Job for People Who Love to Travel.
  • Should be able to understand and speak English, Nepali, Hindi and Bengali.
  • The age group of 30 years to 40 years.
  • We prefer people with good networking skills, connections or worked in top-tier companies.
  • Experience in handling Students, parents and clients.
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of services
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
