What this job involves:

Business Development, Client Management and Abreast with Latest in Real Estate

Client coordination and networking with internal and external stakeholders of Real estate industry

You will be involved in preparing real estate overviews for client proposals , appraisal reporting, reviewing of reports, making presentations

Understanding of different methodologies of valuation

Have worked for varied clients like Developers, Funds, Corporates

An understanding of real estate development regulatory aspects of in MMR /Maharashtra Region

Self-starter & team player

Passion for Real Estate

Open to travel

The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Excellent written and verbal communication skills enabling development of good relationships with both clients and colleagues

Proficient in MS Office (Excel & Power Point)
