Required Nature of Experience
7 to 10 years of related experience





Manage overall stores operations including material receipt, storage, issue, and dispatch.


Maintain accurate inventory records and transactions in ERP system.


Implement FIFO/FEFO practices and ensure proper material identification and labeling.


Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical vs. system inventory.


Coordinate with Purchase, Production, and Quality teams for smooth material flow.


Ensure compliance with ISO, audit, and safety standards in stores operations.


Maintain records of rejected/returned materials and ensure proper documentation.


Supervise and train store staff to ensure efficiency and discipline.


Generate periodic reports on inventory, consumption, and stock status.


Drive process improvements and support digitalization/automation initiatives in stores.
