Position: AM - Stores

Location: Prantij, Sabarkantha, Gujarat

About the Company: A leading company into electronics manufacturing.

Qualification: Diploma/B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical/Electronics

Experience: 4+ years

Job Requirements:

Candidate must have added experience of handling electrical and electronic spare part or components. (PCB/Semiconductor/Batteries/UPS) , along with regular Brought out parts/RM.
Candidate must have an experience of KANBAN/JIT related activities and should be aware about safety rules related to stores activities.
Candidate must have an experience on SAP (MM/PP/SD)
Knowledge of complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results (Daily task).

Ensure availability of all production parts (Direct/Indirect) and services by approving contracts; maintaining inventories

Must have command over 5S, FIFO , LIFO , Kanban methods,SAP ,Issuance of parts kitting

Need to prompt on internal stakeholders\xe2\x80\x99 communication.

Understand safety requirements , rules and regularisation as per Product group, needs to follow and moniter Company directed policies.

Manage and reports invetory level of all parts with assiging min max level , Daily & weekly MIS as guided by superior

Maintain store staff job results by coaching, counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring and appraising job results

Tour the sales floor regularly, talking to colleagues and customers to identify or resolve urgent issues

Ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met

Provide training to improve the knowledge base of the staff and utilize cross-training methods to maintain productivity when employees are absent

Understand Taxation , legal matters arises due to different circumstances.

Eligible to face audits of customers, have IATF procedure understanding & TS system

Contribute to team effort by accomplishing given KRA on time.
