Job Title : Assistant Manager - Stores

Purpose of Role: To lead team & take care of materials in warding/out warding, data analysis, perpetual stock counting & analysis of variance, maintaining SHE at stores and take care of disposal of rejections/scraps/hazardous wastes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hands on experience on SAP activities of stores including EWM module in manufacturing environment.
• Inventory monitoring and control
• Materials traceability/Storage /5S
• Periodic Stock counting and analysis of variance.
• Team Management, Interaction with inter departments & resolving interdepartmental issues,.
• Knowledge about SHE & Hazardous disposals, Lean, Kan-ban/2 Bin system, etc.
• Ensuring the on time submission of documents to finance.
• Exposure and handling of ECC /EWM queue management.
• Ensuring inbound and outbound activities are completed on time.
• Generating reports through SAP like GRN reports, Good issue for logistics, good issue for production orders. Etc.
• Defining warehouse attributes for new materials.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications: Diploma/B.Sc./B.C.A/B.Com with 8 to 10 experience in Stores management
