Our focus areas include SOX compliance, monthly and quarterly closing and reporting, internal audit, tax audit, and concurrent audit. We also have experience in ROC matters, FEMA compliances, and providing term loan and working capital loan facilities for corporates. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager - Statutory Audit at Chhapolika & Company, located in Noida. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for tasks related to audit, financial statements, and analyzing financial data. They will also assist in the development of control metrics, internal audit, tax audit, and IFC audit. Additionally, the Assistant Manager will support with ROC matters, FEMA compliances, and work closely with the Finance team. Qualifications Analytical skills, communication skills, and finance knowledge Experience in auditing and analyzing financial statements Knowledge of accounting principles and tax laws Familiarity with SOX compliance and internal audit procedures Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Professional certifications such as CA, CPA, or ACCA are preferred
