Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Spend Analysis Responsibilities In this role, the shortlisted candidate will be responsible to perform the following: . Analyze spend data and provide detailed and meaningful understanding of spend/cost base . Identify key reporting requirements for various business departments/categories . Develop spend reports (standard & ad-hoc) and prepare dashboards perform spend cube analysis as per requirement category/function/region-wise analysis of the spend data in Power BI . Coordinate between client stakeholders and spend analytics platform providers to resolve technical issues within stringent target deadlines . Work as the spend analysis SME for client stakeholders resolve queries with analytical insights . Work with Category Managers to create and maintain category specific reports . Work with client stakeholders to support creation of metrics and dashboards in Power BI for their respective business functions . Develop a plan and execute actions to improve data quality including making improvements at the transaction level . Maintain clear documentation on spend data flows . Creating Ad-hoc spend reports in Ariba Spend Visibility tool . Support granular data deep dive analysis requests for category-specific requests . Creating advanced visualizations like Pareto Analysis, Trend Analysis, Time Series in Power BI . Developing calculations in DAX which are accurate and performed on large datasets . Publishing reports via the Power BI service . Build compelling, interactive and actionable reporting on top of structured data models that helps in deriving meaningful business insights from large from complex datasets Qualifications Minimum qualifications . Postgraduate or Graduate in any discipline Qualifications we seek in you . Relevant experience required . Hands on Experience with Excel (Advanced), Pivot Tables, Power Query, Data Analysis Expression (DAX) and Power BI . Experience in Word and PowerPoint . Working knowledge in Ariba and SAP . Exposure to category management is an advantage . Understanding of entire Source to Pay process is a plus . Exposure in Energy / Oil & Gas Industry is desirable . PowerBI Certification is desirable Skills we seek in you . Excellent communication skills (Oral & Written) in English . Experience in a client facing role . Act as SME for the process and guide team members .
