The Assistant Manager will support end-to-end execution of Solar and BIPV EPC projects, ensuring technical accuracy, site readiness, timely delivery and strong coordination across internal and external teams. The role requires a solid engineering foundation, hands-on industry experience, and the ability to manage project workflows with clarity and discipline.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning, designing and executing Solar and BIPV EPC projects from pre-sales to commissioning.
Review electrical system design, SLDs, load calculations, and coordinate with design teams for CAD drawings.
Oversee site assessments, feasibility studies, material selection and installation methodology.
Ensure compliance with electrical standards, safety codes and project specifications.
Coordinate with civil/structural teams for BIPV facade, rooftop and building-integrated requirements.
Monitor project schedules, contractor work, material delivery and quality control.
Prepare technical documentation, reports, BOQs and progress updates.
Manage communication between clients, vendors, contractors and internal stakeholders.
Support project costing, technical proposals and tender documentation.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 6 years of experience in the solar industry (EPC preferred).
Strong understanding of PV system design, installation norms and project execution processes.
Experience in on-site EPC project handling.
Preferred Experience & Skills
Exposure to civil or building construction activities, especially facade/roof integration (advantage for BIPV).
Proficiency in CAD or equivalent design tools.
Good communication and client-handling skills.
Ability to manage teams, solve site-level issues and maintain project discipline.
