To support the Gym Manager in daily operations, staff supervision, sales coordination, and member satisfaction, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of the gym.
Key Responsibilities Operations Management
Assist in day-to-day gym operations and shift management.
Ensure gym opening/closing procedures are followed.
Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of facilities.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required.
Staff Supervision
Supervise trainers, sales executives, reception, and housekeeping staff.
Prepare duty rosters and manage shift allocations.
Ensure staff discipline, punctuality, and adherence to HR policies.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and basic training of staff.
Sales & Revenue Support
Support membership sales and renewal targets.
Coordinate with sales team to achieve monthly targets.
Handle escalated member queries related to pricing or services.
Promote PT packages, offers, and gym programs.
Member Experience
Ensure high level of customer service and member satisfaction.
Handle member complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Collect feedback and suggest improvements to management.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare daily/weekly operational and sales reports.
Maintain records related to attendance, sales, and incidents.
Assist in audits, inspections, and compliance activities.
Safety & Compliance
Ensure safety rules and emergency procedures are followed.
Report accidents, incidents, or policy violations immediately.
Ensure compliance with local laws and gym policies.
Working Hours & Shift
As per gym operational requirements.
Rotational shifts (Morning / Evening).
Weekly off as per duty roster.
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate preferred.
Good leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, reports).
Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
Experience
2-5 years experience in gym/fitness, hospitality, or service industry (preferred).
