Skills: Mandatory Skill set: : Knowledge of physical Agri commodity Trading, Relationship Mgmt., Prospecting buyers Conversion, Convincing, Dynamic, Communication, Go-Getter Preferred Skills: Physical Agri Commodity trading knowledge, Client Management, Local geography knowledge, MS Excel Qualification: Graduate Key Areas of Work: Local physical Agri Commodity Market Study Hunting, Prospecting Agri Commodity buyers ( Rice, Wheat, Maize, Pulses etc.)and conversion Market visit and understand requirements Scope of penetration in nearby markets Develop business relationship client Management Business generation target fulfilment, margin management Client service and Logistics co-ordination Exposure: Knowledge of local geography, Agri Commodity (Rice, Wheat, Maize, Pulses etc food grains) client handling experience, Customer convincing capabilities, banking and accounting experience. Non-Bengali, preferably Bihari, Punjabi, Marwari having own 2-wheeler
