We are seeking dynamic and experienced

Assistant Managers

to oversee ship repair, refit, and new shipbuilding operations. The ideal candidates should have hands-on experience in managing shipyard projects, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring projects are executed efficiently, safely, and within schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage day-to-day ship repair, refit, and new build activities. Plan, monitor, and control project progress to meet deadlines and quality standards. Coordinate with production, design, quality, and procurement teams for smooth project execution. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and classification society requirements. Manage manpower, materials, and machinery efficiently to optimize productivity. Prepare project reports and documentation for management review. Handle client interactions and ensure customer satisfaction during project execution.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Marine/Naval Architecture or related discipline. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in

ship repair, refit, or new shipbuilding operations

. Strong technical knowledge of ship systems, machinery, and fabrication processes. Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
