Manage and maintain effective relationships with premium clients during site visits, meetings, and service interactions
Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues related to electrical and material handling equipment
Provide technical support and solutions during client meetings and product discussions
Prepare and share quotations as per client requirements
Maintain master data, documentation, and all business-related records accurately
Coordinate with internal teams for service execution, documentation, and client follow-ups
Generate new business opportunities and support sales growth in the assigned region
Travel extensively across South India for client visits, installations, and support
Desired Candidate Profile -
4-6 years of relevant experience in material handling equipment or related industries
Strong knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting in material handling equipment
Prior experience in handling buggies or similar industrial equipment will be an added advantage
Ability to work independently after training
Strong communication and client-handling skills
Proficient in documentation, quotations, and data maintenance
Willingness to travel extensively across South regions
