The Service Sales Executive/Manager is responsible for driving revenue through the sale of service offerings such as AMCs, spares, upgrades, retrofits, and service packages for industrial products (e.g., dock levelers, high-speed doors, sectional doors, etc.) and HVLS Fans. This role involves Spare Parts planning, Service offer creations, identifying service opportunities in the existing customer base, pursuing leads, preparing commercial proposals, negotiating contracts thru Sales team, and ensuring customer satisfaction. It also includes cross-functional coordination with Sales ,Service Delivery, Finance, and Technical Teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Spare Parts Planning and Management
Identification of spare parts for various products
Spare parts /Service Price list
Parts Planning and Management
Creating offers: Spares/Service/AMC/CMC etc.
Spare parts stock management
Service Revenue Generation
Drive sales of Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), extended warranties, upgrades, and spare parts.
Generate leads through installed base analysis, service records, and proactive customer engagement.
Customer Engagement & Retention
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to identify service opportunities.
Ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups, solution-based selling, and timely closures.
Proposal & Contract Management
Prepare and present service proposals, quotations, and contracts tailored to customer needs.
Negotiate commercial and contractual terms within the company's pricing guidelines.
Cross-functional Coordination
Coordinate with Sales, service operations, logistics, and finance teams for execution and fulfilment.
Provide feedback from the field to technical and product teams for service improvements.
Market & Competitor Analysis
Track competitors' service offerings and pricing strategies.
Share insights to refine the company's service strategy and positioning.
Sales Reporting & Forecasting
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM/ERP systems.
Provide regular forecasts, sales updates, and pipeline status to leadership.
Campaigns & Initiatives
Execute service campaigns and customer outreach programs in alignment with business strategy.
Participate in exhibitions, service roadshows, and customer meets as required.

Requirements:
Graduate in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering or equivalent
5-7 years of experience in service sales, preferably in industrial equipment or capital goods
Prior experience with doors, dock solutions, HVAC, elevators, or similar B2B products is an advantage
Working knowledge of AMC structures, service contracts, and lifecycle cost selling
