Job Description

To assist in managing the complete service operations of a

multi-brand automobile workshop

, ensuring smooth workflow, technical accuracy, customer satisfaction, profitability, and compliance with standards of multiple OEMs. Oversee service advisors, technicians, body shop, and customer relations teams.

Monitor daily service operations, including vehicle servicing, repairs, body shop activities, and express service. Ensure proper job allocation, workshop loading, and timely delivery of vehicles. Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolution. Ensure proper communication with customers during service stages (booking, status update, delivery). Supervise Service Advisors, Technicians, Floor Supervisors, and support teams. Monitor attendance, discipline, and overall team productivity. Monitor service revenue, labor turnover, parts sales, and other workshop profitability metrics.

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
