About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and performance-driven

Assistant Manager - SEO

who can lead, strategize, and elevate our digital presence. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in On-page, Off-page, Technical, and AI-driven SEO, while also mentoring a team and acting as a key link between clients and the company. This role demands strategic thinking, leadership, and a deep understanding of evolving SEO landscapes and tools.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and mentor the SEO team to achieve measurable growth in organic visibility and traffic. Act as a

strategic mediator between the client and internal teams

, ensuring seamless communication and project alignment. Conduct in-depth

SEO audits

and performance reviews; identify improvement areas and provide actionable feedback. Design and implement advanced

SEO strategies

focused on sustainable growth, conversions, and ROI. Stay updated on

latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and AI integrations

to refine ongoing strategies. Utilize advanced SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz, Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.) for data-driven decisions. Collaborate with content, creative, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across all digital touchpoints. Prepare periodic reports, analyze results, and present insights to management and clients. Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines.

Desired Skills & Expertise

7-10 years of proven experience in SEO, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity. Strong expertise in

, and exposure to

AI-powered SEO techniques

. Experience in managing SEO campaigns within

digital agencies

or multi-client environments. Proficient in keyword research, link-building, site audits, and content optimization strategies. Hands-on experience with top SEO tools and analytics platforms. Strong analytical, reporting, and presentation skills. Excellent communication and team management abilities. Ability to identify growth opportunities and proactively drive innovation in SEO practices.
