Key Responsibilities:
Manage tender processes, documentation, submissions & profitability analysis.
Handle procurement, vendor coordination, and operational activities.
Oversee bill payments, audits, vehicle & insurance renewals.
Draft official letters and coordinate with authorities.
Manage client/vendor communication and internal administrative tasks.
Monitor advertisement spaces, electricity billing & media operations.
Maintain Excel sheets, PPTs, booking sheets, and trackers.
Support sales & operations for airport and OOH media.
Prepare MIS reports and dashboards.
Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate with 3-5 yrs experience in operations/tender management.
Strong knowledge of tender documentation & vendor management.
Proficient in MS Office, Google Sheets & letter drafting.
Strong analytical, coordination & communication skills.
Ability to manage operations independently.
