Position : Assistant Manager / Senior Executive - Finance
Education Qualification :
B Com,CA/ICWAI/CMA Inter, MBA
Experience :
Minimum 8 to 10 years experience in the Accounting concept and having hands on working experience in an ERP Environment
Cash handling including the entry in the Cash book/monitoring the cash balance/replenishment of cash when the cash balance falls below the minimum requirement.
Entering the Supplier invoices - Direct invoices for the services including the contract services - recognising the TDS / Order based invoices fort he purchases of inventory, spares, consumables, assets, etc.,
Procession the payments to the suppliers based on the due dates or as per the purchase order/work order terms including prepayments and advances.
Adjustment of the balances of the suppliers - invoices with the payments.
Sundry payments/receipts.
Journal entries - including the monthly provisions.
Preparation of the Bank reconciliation statement.
Sale entry of the sale of scraps/receipt entry for the scrap sale
Adjustment of the balances of the customers-invoices with the payments preparation of the TDS/TCS statement/GST statements.
Preparation of the TDS/TCS quarterly return.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
