Job Purpose
Design, Engineering, Erection, commissioning, operation and maintenance of Electrical & Instrumentation system.
Job Context & Major Challenges
1. Identify opportunities for automation within software processes
2. Software updates and data security of plant through timely upgradation of firewalls and using manageable switches.
3. Fine tuning of PIDs for better automated processes and cost reduction.
4. 24*7 accurate availability of environment data to CPCB.
5. Availability of DCS data to maximum users through PI for optimum utilization of process parameters and formation of reports etc.

1) Knowledge on instrumentation systems like PLC/DCS, Scada systems, VFDS, Packer operation and maintenance, Field Instruments, weighing systems, calibration, AC Maintenance etc.
2) Knowledge on Electrical systems of HT/LT Panels, Motors, transformers electrical distribution system
3) Knowledge on SAP/ISO/EnMS system is desirable. Knowledge of spare management, Raise PR and coordinate for spares and equipment's with OEMs and Purchase team
4) Supervise & Coordination execution of E&I maintenance activities in the plant and carry out modification / improvement jobs for plant optimization, cost reduction & productivity improvement. Planning and execution for smooth operation of plant in shifts by instrumentation department.
5) Should be fully conversant with ABG safety standards.
