Responsible for recruitment and staff selection process for the contractual employees, as per company standards.
Assigning of equipment to staff; monitor daily equipment use, cleaning and maintenance.
Conduct daily morning meetings and briefing sessions with the contractual agency and staff.
Conducting integrated mock fire emergency drills and fire safety training at regular intervals.
Ensuring effective security management process, as per plan.
Regular inspection and maintenance of the fire protections systems (Fire pumps, Smoke detectors and etc.,)/ equipment
Conduct training at regular intervals for Security Executives/Supervisors, vendor staff of security for effective & efficient execution of their responsibilities and effective crisis management, if any
Assist in Vendor Performance Management - ensure the vendor performance is tracked basis the SLAs and KPIs drawn for better execution and any deviation to be reported to the management
Defining and briefing the vendors / tenants about the inspection formats
Assist in conducting necessary risk inspections surveys to ensure the vendors/ tenants they are in compliance with applicable fire codes, regulations, and standards
Ensure emergency backup plan is in place for effective crisis management
Compile and maintain records on personnel, accidents, equipment and etc
Training the team on adhering to the procedures and reporting of lost and found items.
Participates in departmental meetings and continually communicates a clear and consistent message regarding the departmental goals to produce desired results.
Maintains strong working relationship with operations and housekeeping teams to ensure effective communications for operational issues.
3) Qualification, Experience and Skills
Graduate with at least 8 years of experience in a hospitality or retail industry in a supervisory role.
Must be highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a calm and efficient manner
Able to work cooperatively with other departments to ensure close coordination of activities that support customer service goals
Strong work ethic, intense drive, and initiative for quality and customer service.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills both one-on-one and in group situations.
Ability to utilize a participative approach to managing staff.
Excellent administrative and organizational skills and an ability to prioritize.
