Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure the safety of the Thermal Power Project
• Conduct regular security risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement
• Manage security operations including access control, surveillance, and emergency response
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address security concerns and mitigate risks
• Train and educate staff on security protocols and emergency procedures
• Investigate security incidents and prepare detailed reports
• Maintain relationships with local law enforcement and regulatory agencies
• Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in security technology
• Ensure compliance with all security regulations and requirements

Qualifications: Education Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related field

Certification Required:

• Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or equivalent certification is preferred
• First Aid/CPR certification

Behavioral Skills:

• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
• High level of integrity and ethical conduct

Technical Skills:

• Knowledge of security best practices and industry standards
• Proficiency in security systems and technologies
• Experience with risk assessment and threat analysis

Non-Negotiable Skills:

• Experience in the Thermal Power Project industry
