Must be able to handle paperwork and fill out reports for management. Must be able to communicate well and be suspicious with all activities happening inside the property at all times. Watch for suspicious persons entering, exiting, or loitering around building. Must possess supervisory and management skills as he/she takes the place of the security manager when he is not available.
