Leader/assistant manager with overall 6 years of experience with at least 24 months in leadership

Years of experience needed \xe2\x80\x93

At least 2-4 years of work experience in supporting Win 10 Remote desktop & O365

Technical Skills:

\xef\x82\xb7 Good experience in providing technical support on various M365 features & concepts

\xef\x82\xb7 Good experience/Knowledge providing support to modern end point environments (VDI/Cloud, etc)

\xef\x82\xb7 Good troubleshooting skills in various versions of O365 at the user level as a first level resolution

\xef\x82\xb7 Good troubleshooting and administration skills in MS Teams/OneDrive at the user level

\xef\x82\xb7 Good troubleshooting on Windows 10 OS & the applications

\xef\x82\xb7 Previous experience in supporting remote Desktop & O365 Infra support

\xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge of Active Directory concepts preferred
