About this Role
We are seeking a Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery teams within the Data & Analytics function. The individual will be responsible for facilitating Agile/Scrum practices, ensuring sprint velocity, and enabling team self-organisation. This role involves stakeholder management, conflict resolution, and fostering a transparent and collaborative environment. The candidate will also support business analysis processes and remove delivery impediments.
What you will do

• Guide teams and the organisation in Agile/Scrum practices and values.
• Maintain sprint velocity and team utilisation.
• Facilitate self-organisation and remove delivery impediments.
• Create a safe and trusting environment for open communication and problem-solving.
• Support internal and external communication to improve transparency.
• Facilitate meetings, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and delivery commitments.
• Drive process improvements and proactively highlight risks.

Who you are

• 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in BI projects and international teams.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies including Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, XP, and others.
• Experienced in using JIRA and Confluence.
• Skilled in servant leadership, conflict resolution, and continuous improvement.
• Knowledgeable in BI architecture and data analysis techniques.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• SAFe certification is a plus.
