Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage overall supply chain operations including procurement, logistics, warehousing, and inventory management.

Ensure timely availability of raw materials, consumables, and finished goods as per production and business requirements.

Develop and maintain vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor supplier performance.

Plan, implement, and optimize supply chain processes to improve cost efficiency and lead times.

Coordinate with production, quality, purchase, and sales teams to ensure smooth operations.

Ensure proper documentation, statutory compliance, and adherence to company policies.

Monitor stock levels, conduct regular audits, and ensure accurate ERP/SAP/Tally entries.

Handle transportation planning, distribution, and logistics cost control.

Lead a small team and provide necessary guidance for daily operations.

Prepare reports, MIS, and present data for management review.

Requirements:

Graduate / Postgraduate in Supply Chain / Operations / Management / Engineering.

Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in SCM, preferably in the manufacturing / automotive / plastic industry.

Strong knowledge of procurement, logistics, vendor management, and inventory control.

Proficiency in ERP/SAP/Tally or similar systems.

Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Ability to handle SCM functions independently with minimal supervision.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹80,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Tumkur, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
