Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Customer Operations Order Management
As a Programmable Solutions Group (PSG) Customer Operations & Enablement, Customer Operations supports the backlog management and is responsible for delivering competitive customer supply chain experience to the PSG Customer Specialist. This includes, but is not limited to:Responsibilities
Assist PSG Global Customer Operation Specialist in Backlog Order Management and Orders Fulfilment for Distributors and Direct Customers*
Review and process change orders to ensure PSG Backlog matches customer Backlog within agreed terms and conditions and internal guidelines*
Manage fallout orders and work with Customer Operation Specialist for dispositions*
Perform manual and mass updates to orders - cancellations, split, blocks*
Run, extract, and systematize reports*
Work with logistics partners, Global Trade, warehousing, and planning team to support urgent customer requests, and escalate expedites as necessary*
Ability to Work both regionally and globally*
Demand Supply forecast alignment*
Reverse Logistic management, stock rotation*
Support business process improvements and system testing in making sure it is up to expectation*
Support hard allocation*
Identify and address new ERP Inefficiencies (e.g., Oracle, Model N): Supplemental support for gaps vs SAP*
RMA Management*
EDI Distributor Orders: Validation, troubleshooting, releasing holds, and changes*
Archival of the right set of documents for audit and compliance purposes*
Proposing resolution for streamlining activities and taking part in projects to implement these ideas*
Updating the working procedures periodically*
Training other team members regarding the daily tasks whenever necessary and requested by the manager*
Qualifications we look for in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Have a degree qualification in business or supply chain or related field.*
Relevant years of working experience in Customer orders management*
Have at least 1-2 years of team leading experience*
Proficiency in verbal and written business communications in English*
Have a positive attitude and be a team player*
Have excellent attention to detail and willingness to learn with the team*
Able to work independently with minimum supervision*
Flexibility in working hours to support other time zones*
Able to prioritize and meet deadlines*
Experience in FPGA products business and / or PSG Customer business models*
Knowledge of Oracle Fusion*
Strong knowledge of using Analytical Tools such as Power BI*
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Hands-on experience in managing large volume payment processes in an international environment with US experience is preferred.*
Working with Oracle Fusion is preferred.*
Ability to work during US time zones or with partial time overlap*
Possess ability to handle multiple tasks at a given time*
Demonstrate ability to collaborate and partner with internal and external stakeholders.*
