Strong knowledge of Root Cause Analysis, CAPA, Lean Manufacturing principles. Good understanding of audit processes and compliance requirements.

1. Production Representation & Coordination:

Act as the official representative of the Production Department during customer visits, factory inspections, and management walkthroughs. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for visitor scheduling, plant tours, and audit readiness. Ensure smooth communication between production, quality, engineering, and management.


2. Audit & Compliance Handling:

Support and participate in internal audits, external audits, customer audits, and certification audits (ISO / customer-specific). Prepare and present production-related data, KPIs, and compliance records during audits. Ensure timely closure of audit observations and follow-up actions.


3. Root Cause Analysis & CAPA:

Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) using tools such as 5-Why, Fishbone (Ishikawa), etc. Prepare, implement, and track Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA). Monitor effectiveness of implemented actions and ensure sustained improvement.


4. Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement:

Actively participate in Lean Manufacturing initiatives such as Kaizen, 5S, Waste reduction, and process optimization. Support cycle time improvement, productivity enhancement, and quality improvement projects. Collect, analyze, and interpret production data for improvement opportunities.


5. Data Analysis & Reporting:

Prepare production reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review. Use analytical skills to identify trends, gaps, and improvement areas. Present improvement initiatives and results during review meetings.


6. Communication & Documentation:

Maintain clear and professional communication with auditors, customers, and internal teams. * Ensure accurate documentation of SOPs, work instructions, audit records, and improvement actions.
