Job Purpose

"This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd." This position will manage the ARU for Sal PL Prime. Duties and Responsibilities

oManaging Call Center agents to deliver ARU volumes to increase overall Flexi utilizationoAchieving volume targets and managing Call Center Agent MetricsoIdentifying the need of sales skills for agents and conducting regular trainings oMonitor & measure key conversion, productivity & data penetration metricsoRetaining high performers and replace poor performers oTake Care of customer Escalations and Complaint

Required Qualifications and Experience

oGood experience of MS ExceloGood understanding of MIS reporting and AuditoExcellent communication skills.oExcellent Team Handling and problem resolving ability.oExceptionally high motivational levels and needs to be a self-starter
