As Salesforce Administrator, you will work with partners to define requirements, to customize, and to ensure that platform is used to its full potential. You will maintain the platform and make it easy for users across different technical level to use Salesforce.Qualifications we seek in you: Minimum qualifications - Proficient in Salesforce Admin functions across Sales, Service, Community and Knowledge Demonstrable capability in installation and management of app exchange products such as FairWarning and Odaseva Salesforce development lifecycle (DX preferred) Preference Good understanding of Agile Delivery Methodology and experience in working with Scrum teams. One who is passionate about technology, problem solving, ability to adapt new skills, sharing expertise and knowledge! Excellent customer facing skills that include conducting compelling technical briefing & demonstrations. The person should have a technical curiosity to implement new technologies and articulate the solutions to the customer. Nice to have Knowledge on Cloud and container technologies - AWS or Google Has good understanding of monitoring tools, APM or other alerting tools (such as Splunk, SumoLogic and/or AppDynamics).
