We are inviting applications for the role of AM, Salesforce Admin
In this role, you will be responsible for Collaborating with stakeholders to gather Salesforce requirements, analyze, design, develop, test and deliver
Responsibilities:
Collaborating with stakeholders to identify the issues in both Salesforce and Marketo, gather the requirements and deliver adhoc requests.
Should develop, enhance and debug Apex classes based on client requirements.
Responsible for the creation of salesforce reports and dashboards.
Should monitor Marketo and Salesforce Sync periodically and troubleshoot the Sync issues. If required should raise case with Marketo Support.
Strong knowledge on different tools like RingLead or Lean Data and should be able to manage RingLead tool.
Responsible to integrate different applications with Salesforce.
Proven work experience in Inquiry to Opportunity area and in dealing with different salesforce standard objects like Campaign, Lead, Contact, Account, Opportunity and Cases.
Responsible to managing different managed package and updating to new versions.
Responsible for Salesforce Administration, managing users, roles and profiles.
Working closely with Stake holders to identify the gaps and propose new solutions.
Should have strong knowledge on Lead Life Cycle, Lead Conversion, Lead and Contact Page layout simplification, Deduplication, managing Orphan contacts, Lead and Contact record type.
Developing Workflows, Process builder, formula fields, validation rules, Lead routing rules, Assignment rules, Approval process.
Should have experience in deployments and manages multiple projects at the same time.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualification:
Bachelor's /Master's degree in Engineering, MCA, BCA
Rich experience as SFDC developer, knowledge of Marketo is an added advantage
Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills
Excellent written, communication and presentation skills
Have high attention to detail and well organized
Experience with online platforms, tools and protocols
Confident in a multicultural, environment
Strong interpersonal skill
Preferred Skills:
Should be able to work independently
Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills
Problem solving skills with customer centric approach demonstrated proficiency with written English and with neutral English accent
Must be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekend shift)
Strong attention to detail.
