We are looking for a dynamic and driven Assistant Manager - Sales who will act as an individual contributor and take ownership of driving revenue through club sales initiatives. The role requires a high level of ownership, people skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset to identify opportunities, convert leads, and maintain strong relationships with partners.
Key Responsibilities:
o Sales & Revenue Generation:
o Own and drive monthly/quarterly revenue targets through individual efforts.
o Identify and close new opportunities within the club ecosystem (fitness clubs,
hobby groups, community clubs, etc.).
o Present tailored offerings, solutions, and partnership opportunities to clubs and
community groups.
o Stakeholder Management:
o Build and nurture long-term relationships with club owners, managers, and
decision-makers.
o Act as the primary point of contact for all club-related engagements.
o Business Development:
o Actively prospect and generate leads through market research, networking, and
referrals.
o Organize and attend on-ground events, meetups, and sessions to generate brand
awareness and leads.
o Collaboration & Reporting:
o Work closely with the marketing and events team for aligned campaign execution.
o Provide timely reports, pipeline updates, and revenue forecasts to leadership.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably B2B or partnership-based sales.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Proven ability to manage relationships and close deals independently.
Prior experience in event sales, club/community engagement, or related sectors is a plus.
High energy, self-motivated, and outcome oriented.
